The Fan Dance SAS selection march.

The Fan Dance is a march used by the UK elite military regiments as part of their selection process. The SAS put this at the end of the first week of training, and candidates have to complete the route in a little over 4 hours, whilst carrying a 25kg pack and a rifle. I thought it would be interesting to attempt the same route, albeit with only a 10kg pack and a hoped for time of about 8 hours.
