GOIMU SM4 Review: We Tried to Break This $999 Smith Machine

GOIMU SM4 All-In-One Smith Machine Review $999.99 for a Smith machine, power rack, functional trainer, lat pulldown, low row, dip station and landmine in 21 square feet. We put real training time on the white SM4 in our garage, measured everything GOIMU publishes, and tested the numbers they don't. We measured the frame gauge, put a crane scale on the Smith bar to find the real starting weight, checked the cable ratio at the handle, loaded 240lbs on the pulldown to test the thigh rollers, and dropped 135lbs on the spotter arms three times to see what they'd take. Jeff at 5'11" and Perrin at 5'5" both ran every station so you can see what fits and what doesn't at two different heights. Some of it holds up better than the price. Some of it reminds you exactly what you paid. Also, we went full 90s on this one. Neon, synth, and a cartoon or two. No apologies.
