I’ve been building a business for about three years now, and there are things I genuinely miss about having a job.
Not enough to make me regret the decision. But enough to surprise me.
The structure. Being expected somewhere. Working alongside other people. Creating and collaborating with a team. Predictable income and benefits. And honestly, not having to be responsible for absolutely everything.
In this video, I’m sharing some of what I didn’t anticipate when I moved from a 25+ year career inside organizations into building something of my own, and what I’m learning about the kind of work and life I actually want to create from here.

This channel explores human behavior, emotional maturity, and the inner skills most adults were never taught.
Through reflections informed by spiritual psychology, I share insights on emotional responsibility, self-leadership, relational intelligence, and the deeper patterns that shape how we think, choose, and live.
Some videos explore the personal side of growth. Others widen the lens to examine culture, leadership, and the human experience more broadly.
My work sits at the intersection of spiritual psychology, human development, and lived experience.
If you're interested in developing greater awareness, sovereignty, and clarity in your life, you're in the right place.
