My First EVER Downhill MTB Run… Now I’m Hooked! | Snowshoe Mountain - Easy Street

My first ever downhill mountain bike run — and what a way to start. After driving down to Snowshoe Mountain in West Virginia for a long weekend with some buddies, we got two full days of riding in. This was literally my very first DH run ever, dropping into Easy Street right after the rain. It was ridiculously muddy, we got absolutely covered, and I had a ton to learn — but I was hooked almost immediately. This weekend felt like a massive step in my MTB progression. Riding downhill terrain for two straight days taught me a lot about positioning, braking, carrying speed and trusting the bike. I’m really curious to see how different the trails back home feel now.
