According to his lawyers, an audit of Sheggz’s UK account showed approximately £220,000 of his own funds was spent in the UK during the course of his relationship with Bella. His legal team also claims that Sheggz was the principal provider throughout the relationship, while acknowledging that Bella earned her own income and made financial contributions. They further claim that Sheggz rented accommodation for Bella for about two months after she left the Big Brother house, reportedly at around ₦3.5 million per month, bringing the total to approximately ₦7 million. The lawyers also addressed claims involving financial contributions, alleged loans and other accusations, while reportedly demanding ₦500 million in damages from Bella and other remedies.
