CTA Ride Series: Full Ride on the Orange Line from the Loop to Midway

Welcome to the Chicago ride series! The CTA "L" system is the most famous elevated railway system in the world, comprising of eight colored lines: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Brown, and Pink. The Orange Line is the newest line in the system constructed from scratch, opening in 1993. It serves as a major corridor between the Loop in Downtown Chicago and Midway International Airport. It is one of the four main lines that runs all the way around the Loop.
