Supporting Returnees Through Cash-for-Work in Northern Afghanistan

Through UNHCR-supported Cash-for-Work projects, CHA provided temporary employment opportunities for returnees in Balkh and Jawzjan. Participants contributed to improving irrigation canals, roads, bridges, culverts, and sanitation facilities, supporting their families while strengthening essential community infrastructure. ‪@UNHCR‬
