RULES Follow Charles, a neurotic young man who lives his life by an elaborate set of personal "Rules" especially when it comes to friendship and dating. When his Best friend Jeff ask to date his Ex-Girlfriend Kate, Charles refuses, citing the ultimate guy rule, Never date your buddy's Ex.
