I Discovered the SECRETS to Turning Fluid Art into Masterpieces

Today in the studio, I’m experimenting with leftover paint colours and a new ingredient: satin enamel! Adding a dash to my white paint opens up an exciting opportunity to discover its unique effects. The colour palette—turquoise, gold, iridescent white, and black—creates a dramatic and stunning combination on the canvas. As I tilt the canvas, the paints flow beautifully, forming organic patterns that are absolutely captivating. Then, I bring in my favourite touch: Liquitex acrylic Antique Gold spray paint. This luxurious addition adds a shimmering, opulent element to the artwork. The magic happens as the satin enamel mix creates pearl-like cells that rapidly develop, adding a fascinating texture. To enhance the composition, I layer extra black and a bit more gold spray paint. Once dry, I take it further by adding a second layer using transparent pouring medium and a few of the rich colours. This overlay creates incredible depth, turning the painting into a mesmerising masterpiece.
