About the “BREATH” Mini Album There are times in life when our hearts feel so heavy that all we can do is sigh, unable to put into words what we are going through. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, nothing seems to change, and we feel as though we no longer have the strength to rise again. In moments like these, we pause for a while and simply breathe. And we remember. God hears even the sighs we cannot put into words. He breathes new life into our dry and weary souls. And when we are exhausted, He gently reminds us, “It’s okay to stop and rest for a while.” "BREATH" is a collection of five songs created for moments like these—a small journey of the heart through weariness, rest, gratitude, and peace. The first song, “Beyond the Sighs,” begins by placing into the Lord’s hands the sighs and burdens we cannot fully express in words. The second song, “Breath of Life,” sings of God breathing life once again into hearts as dry as the bones in the valley, awakening within us the hope we thought we had lost. The third song, “The Pause,” is about slowing down, laying down our heavy burdens, resting in the Lord’s embrace, and learning to breathe again. Even if our journey takes a little longer, we can rest for a while because we trust that the Lord is always with us. The fourth song, “As Long as I Have Breath,” turns our eyes toward the grace of today—the grace we often overlook because it seems so ordinary. Opening our eyes in the morning, feeling our hearts beat, breathing in and breathing out—we remember that every moment is a gift from the Lord, and we offer Him our gratitude and praise. And the final song, “It Is Well with My Soul,” is a confession of surrender, placing both the long day behind us and all the worries of tomorrow into the Lord’s hands. Even in the deepest hours of the night, He remains with us. May we speak over our own souls, “Be at peace, my soul,” and find true rest in His loving arms.
