Road trip from Estonia to Switzerland. July 2026. 4K

This July, it was once again time to get in the car and hit the road. This time, we headed south again. Our destination was Switzerland, with a longer stay in Lugano. But Italy is only a short drive away from there, so of course we crossed the border as well and made a small loop around Lake Como. The beginning of the trip was a little different this time, because, contrary to any sensible logic, we first headed north to Finland. The reason was actually very simple: the ferry journey from Turku to Stockholm takes considerably less time, which meant we could start our first long driving day through Sweden and Denmark towards Germany much earlier. Otherwise, it was much the same as always: motorways and smaller roads, with plenty of great places along the way. In other words, everything was pretty much as it looks in the video. And next year, we’ll do it again.
