They had been exploring the scenic beauty of the region and absolutely loved trying the local Pahadi food during their trips. However, after days of traveling, they confessed how much their family was deeply missing the comfort of authentic Bengali food. We couldn't let our guests leave craving the tastes of home, so we decided to surprise them and fulfill their special request! 🍳❤️ But there was a twist—to make sure the flavors were 100% genuine and traditional, a lovely neighborhood uncle stepped in to help us. By pure chance, his native place is Bengal, and he brought his lifelong culinary secrets into our kitchen to make sure the dishes tasted exactly like home.
