White melted chocolate recipe 1 cup of white chocolate 1/3 double or heavy cream. 120 g unflavoured gelatine 1 1/2 cups cold water 600ml water 150g sugar 8 inch Springform cake pan or loose base pan Acetate cake collar/wrap Cling film wrap Sticky tape Pallet knife Digestive biscuit green food colour Black food colour Paint brush.
