A video following on from outcome bias. Here, hindsight bias focuses on predictability rather than the outcome itself. Indeed, knowing the outcome of a decision can be misleading if we fail to realise that, at the decisive moment, we may not have had the information needed to predict whether the outcome would be positive or negative.
