Okay, first off: Apologies for the later than normal uploads. My new job has been working me rather late hours and so I'm frequently tired when I come home and have no energy to edit, but I will try to get these videos out in a reasonable time frame, I just ask that you be patient with me as I continue to get settled in with that.
Now, our first elder dragon hunt and it's the one out the "definitive elder dragons" that I actually happen to like out of the three. My first experience with Kushala was in Rise, so I never actually got to fight his original AI before until I played GU, so I actually thought he was pretty cool. World's rendition of the monster isn't too far off from how he used to be though, and to be frank, I think Kushala is quite annoying to fight with melee weapons, especially if you can't properly flash bomb him from the air. He likes to tornado spam a lot and without either Temporal or Rocksteady mantles, you're liable to just get knocked away from him, so bringing wind pressure decorations are certainly a big help so he doesn't blow you away with his wind aura.
I am tired of seeing Generation 2 Elder Dragons in these games though. No matter how much revamping you do to them, they're still the same Elders at the end of the day, so hopefully, with Gen 7, they'll introduce a new set of elder dragons that are unique and compelling to fight, rather than the ragtag trio of Teostra, Kushala, and Chameleos where one is boring, the other is annoying, and then you only have Kushala whose fun.
