Jesus Is Worth Everything—Do You Really Treasure Him? | Joby Martin

What if the greatest treasure you could ever find isn’t money, success, status, or comfort—but Jesus Himself? In this powerful Joby Martin sermon, we dive into Matthew 13 and Jesus’ parables of the hidden treasure and the pearl of great price. Through the treasure in the field parable, Joby Martin reminds us that when we truly see Jesus for who He is, surrender is not a loss—it is the greatest exchange we could ever make. This Matthew 13 sermon asks a life-changing question: Do you truly treasure Christ, or have the temporary things of this world captured your heart? Joby Martin explains why Jesus is worth everything, showing that eternal life, forgiveness, peace, purpose, and righteousness in Christ are infinitely greater than anything this world can offer. The message also explores the pearl of great price and the parable of the net, reminding us that every person will ultimately stand before God. Our righteousness does not come from being good enough; it comes through faith in Jesus Christ and receiving His righteousness. In this Kingdom of Heaven sermon, Joby Martin also warns about the “curse of proximity.” The people of Nazareth were so familiar with Jesus that they failed to recognize who was standing right in front of them. We can know Bible stories, attend church, and know about Jesus without truly knowing and treasuring Him. Don’t let familiarity, tradition, temporary desires, money, status, fear, or unbelief blind you to the greatest treasure of all. Joby Martin challenges us to put our faith into action, trust the promises of Christ, and recognize that the Pearl of Great Price is not merely a possession—it is a Person, Jesus Christ. If you have been searching for truth, purpose, forgiveness, or eternal hope, this message from Joby Martin is a powerful reminder: Jesus is more valuable than everything this world has to offer. Watch until the end and ask yourself: Is Jesus enough for me? #JobyMartin #JesusChangesEverything #JesusChrist #KingdomOfHeaven #Matthew13 #ChristianSermon #FaithInJesus #PearlOfGreatPrice #GospelMessage #BibleTeaching
