It's 7:42 in the morning. You're standing in the middle of the road in your pajamas, holding a giant oak tree over your head, and a whole school bus full of kids is staring at you. Nobody was supposed to find out. It started with a pair of old red work gloves in Grandpa's garage. Put them on, and you're about a hundred times stronger. Every pickle jar opens with a tiny twist, you carry all the groceries in one trip (plus the dog), you win tug of war against the entire fifth grade, and you lift Grandpa's car out of the snow. But strong doesn't mean careful. Pencils snap, doorknobs bend, a high five turns into an apology, and physics keeps pushing back. We follow the consequences all the way through: the fun, the clever uses, the broken stuff, the problems physics creates, and the morning everyone finds out. We also cover the real science of strength: why thicker muscles are stronger, how training changes both muscle fibers and the nervous system, why "hysterical strength" stories are so hard to test, what tendons have to do with it, why dung beetles are so strong for their size, and why a strong push can move you instead of the thing you're pushing. So would you want super strength?
