After 16 years in the Midlands, the „Man of Soul“ decided to move to London. From that day on, James was drawn to the metropoles of Europe. After living in Germany and Spain he found his current residence in France. No day passes without creative moments „I love being in the forest, deep in the forest, perhaps next to a river, that’s where I have the strongest inspiration. In those moments I can write about absolutely anything. I find access to myself.“ His new single „The Answer“ was composed by James Kakande and Stavros Ioannou. The duo is working hand in hand since years and composed songs like „Shine On“ and „You You You“. James appreciates working with Stavros Ioannou: „Stavros is my brother, we can have fights about music, deep philosophical conversations and of course we enjoy making music together.“ „My plan for the next part of the year is to do the same as I’m doing now.
