Some things are too valuable to hold loosely. Proverbs 4:13 says, “Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.” Life will test your grip on what God has taught you. Circumstances change, emotions shift, temptation comes, and other voices begin pulling against your convictions. But God calls us to take hold of His wisdom, refuse to let it go, and guard what He has taught us.
