I got sick and tired of overconsuming therefore,I decided to start from zero

Have you ever found yourself looking for answers but you end up scrolling from one video to another but with no solution.You end up exhausting yourself and you might probably give up completely or try other methods.I was there, trying to use other people's approach to solve my problems.But along the way,I realized we are all different,we have different personalities, different responsibilities and different way to schedule our time.Therefore,I decided to create my life from scratch,from the way I schedule my time,to my daily routine,to what I should learn,I just decided to create it with no guilt.
