တစ်နေ့နေ့မှာ ကိုယ့်ဘဝကို ပြန်ကြည့်ပြီး အတိတ်တွေမှာ ပိတ်မိလိမ့်မယ်လို့ ကျွန်တော် မထင်ခဲ့ဖူးဘူး။ အရင်ကတော့ ရှေ့မှာ ဘာတွေဖြစ်လာမလဲဆိုတာပဲ စိတ်ဝင်စားခဲ့တာ။ ဘယ်ကိုသွားမလဲ။ ဘာတွေဖြစ်လာမလဲ။ ဘယ်လိုလူတစ်ယောက် ဖြစ်လာမလဲဆိုတာပေါ့။ ဒါပေမယ့် အရာအားလုံး ရပ်တန့်သွားတဲ့အချိန်မှာ ကျွန်တော် နောက်ကို ပြန်ကြည့်မိတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီမှာ ကျွန်တော် မေ့နေခဲ့တဲ့အရာတွေကို ပြန်တွေ့တယ်။ တစ်ချိန်က နေ့တိုင်းအတူရှိခဲ့တဲ့ သူငယ်ချင်းတွေ၊ ချစ်ခဲ့ဖူးတဲ့သူတွေ၊ အတူတူမက်ခဲ့တဲ့ အိပ်မက်တွေ။ အဲ့ဒီတုန်းက သာမန်နေ့တစ်နေ့လို့ ထင်ခဲ့တဲ့နေ့တွေဟာ အခုတော့ ဘယ်လောက်ပဲ ကြိုးစားကြိုးစား ပြန်မရနိုင်တော့ဘူး။ တချို့လူတွေကို နောက်ဆုံးအကြိမ် တွေ့ခဲ့တာမှန်း မသိခဲ့ဘူး။ တချို့အချိန်တွေမှာ ပိုပြီး အတူရှိပေးခဲ့သင့်တယ်။ တချို့စကားတွေကိုလည်း ပြောခဲ့သင့်တယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် အချိန်က နောက်ပြန်မသွားဘူး။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကပဲ အဲ့ဒီအမှတ်တရတွေနဲ့ ရှေ့ဆက်ကြရတာ။ ဒီ Film ကို ဖန်တီးရင်း ကျွန်တော် မေ့နေခဲ့တဲ့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ပြန်တွေ့ခဲ့တယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘဝကို ပြန်စတင်ဖို့ဆိုတာ အတိတ်ကို မေ့ပစ်ဖို့ မလိုဘူးဆိုတာလည်း နားလည်လာတယ်။ MEMORIES: DAY ONE FOR ONE DAY A Personal Documentary Film by Sic Hmuu Naing ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I never thought I’d look back on my life one day and find myself stuck in the past. I used to only care about what was ahead of me. Where I’d go, what would happen next, and who I’d become. But when everything came to a stop, I found myself looking back. And that’s when I started remembering things I’d almost forgotten. The friends I used to see every day, the people I once loved, and all the dreams we had together. Back then, those days felt like just another day. But now, no matter how much I wish I could, I can never get them back. I didn’t know that some of those goodbyes would be the last. There were times I wish I’d stayed a little longer. Things I wish I’d said. But time doesn’t go backwards. We just have to keep moving forward, carrying those memories with us. While making this film, I found parts of myself I’d forgotten about. And somewhere along the way, I realized that starting over doesn’t mean you have to forget your past.
