BILLY MAXIMOFF in VISIONQUEST Finally Explained | Why WICCAN Matters More Than TOMMY

Everyone in VISIONQUEST is staring at Tommy. We think they're looking at the wrong twin. Today we're breaking down Billy Maximoff, the boy who turned a fake witches' song into a real road, and why he may be the most important Maximoff left standing after Wanda. AGATHA ALL ALONG introduced Joe Locke's Billy as "Teen," a boy whose name was locked behind a spell, before revealing him as Wanda's son reborn in the body of William Kaplan. Now VISIONQUEST is here, with Paul Bettany's White Vision and Ruaridh Mollica's Thomas Shepherd carrying Tommy's soul. Billy hasn't been officially announced for the series, but Joe Locke turned up at the London premiere as a special guest, and the signs are getting hard to ignore. Here's everything we walk through, piece by piece: How Billy's chaos magic built the entire Witches' Road under Westview, by accident, out of his own bedroom. Why Tommy is only alive because Billy reached across life and death for him. As we put it: "Tommy is the story VisionQuest is telling. Billy is the reason there's a story to tell." Speed versus chaos magic, and why one twin inherited a hero's power while the other inherited his mother's. The Children's Crusade comic, Latveria, Doctor Doom, and why the son who never believed Wanda was gone could be the one to find her. The darker side: a power built on grief, the three witches who died on the road, and the Demiurge future the comics have hinted at. The fan theory that Billy could give White Vision back what Wanda once gave him. Then we get honest about what's real. Billy creating the road and saving Tommy's soul is on screen. Joe Locke at the UK premiere is confirmed. His reported multi-picture deal has not been officially confirmed, and the two-scene insider rumor, the background-figure theory, and any Wiccan role in AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY (December 18, 2026) are all unconfirmed. If you see footage of Billy in Doomsday before release, it's fan-made or AI. Whether you binged AGATHA ALL ALONG the week it dropped or you're catching up on the WandaVision story right now, this is the piece that ties the whole family together.
