After two years at Chenjiagou from 2019 to 2020, I still find this the most beautiful and soulful tai chi form I've ever seen, and it has been my lifelong practice reference. This kind of vivid memory etched in my mind is the most precious. On the early morning of September 20, 2001, the wind over the Li River, the stone slabs by the bank, my teacher's Tai Chi postures, paired with the "Moon Over the Spring River" we used, have frozen that recording moment forever. Every move of my teacher and our conversation that day are still as clear as yesterday, even after more than 20 years, and every viewing brings back deep emotions.
