Haggerston Estate Case Study | Scaffolding & Roofing

“The site looks good, and the work is going well. The client’s very happy.” Our latest case study takes us to the Haggerston Estate, where our scaffolding and roofing divisions have been working together on this joint project for Morgan Sindall. This enables our roofing division to safely carry out roof strip-outs and re-roofing works, with secure scaffold access and temporary roofs in place to work under. Our scaffolding division have been working across phases 1, 2, 5 and 6, where the scaffold layout includes independent scaffolds boarded at the top lift for re-roofing access, plus hoists mounted on gantries to move materials on and off the roof. As this site sits on a busy road, we have made the necessary precautions to protect the public, using soft wrap foam on the standards and access ways, a protection fan, safety signage and Monarflex sheeting to prevent debris from falling. Our scaffolding and roofing divisions have worked closely alongside one another, and we are so pleased with the progress.
