Unreal Engine music visualization with zero keyframes: how I drove 89 lights and hundreds of materials in this neon mushroom cave straight from a song's drums, using Vizibeat, my music plugin for Unreal Engine. Stem separation, kick and snare triggers, tempo-locked sway, and the same setup running live off a MIDI pad. 00:00 Intro 00:32 Art walkthrough 00:42 Motion layers 00:56 Layer 1: Inputs 01:05 Audio input, stem separation 01:50 Merging inputs 02:22 Tip: Triggering random channels 02:48 Layer 2: Animation 03:11 Stylize motion 03:34 Mushrooms 04:48 Lights 05:02 Particles 05:14 Start free at vizibeat.com/start Try it yourself, free Lite: vizibeat.com/start More about Vizibeat: vizibeat.com Subscribe for more Unreal Engine and music workflows. Track: Adventure is Calling by Vens Adams If you build audio-reactive visuals or procedural concert visuals in Unreal, this is the workflow I use for music-synced lighting and MIDI-driven animation. One Motion Graph reads the drum stem and everything downstream follows it, and the same graph takes a MIDI pad or a Note Sequence without any rewiring. Hand it a different song and the scene re-times to the new BPM instead of getting re-keyframed. #unrealengine #audioreactive #musicvisualizer #motiongraphics #midi
