Efficient cycling through design: Non-stop bicycle ride from village to city centre

Study tour details: http://hembrow.eu/studytour This video shows a journey from a village near Assen to the city centre by bicycle. There are no interruptions to the journey. Because the cycle route is unravelled from the driving route there are no traffic lights and no roundabouts in the entire distance. Because cycling is made easy, people cycle. They will do so for far longer distances if there are no interruptions to get in the way. http://www.dutchbikebits.com http://www.aviewfromthecyclepath.com http://www.hembrowcyclingholidays.com
