But a Disney World break day doesn't necessarily mean staying at your resort all day! For this day of our trip, we started with a character breakfast at 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, spent time exploring Disney resorts, and then ended the day with a low-key evening at EPCOT... WITHOUT Lightning Lanes. No rushing from attraction to attraction. No overwhelming park itinerary. No trying to maximize every minute. Just a slower Disney day that still allowed us to enjoy plenty of the magic. And this got me thinking… Is there a RIGHT way to do a Disney World break day? One of the biggest things I encourage families to consider when planning Walt Disney World is that you don't have to maximize every single day.
