Stiff focus ring in Carl Zeiss Distagon 2.8 / 25 T* for Contax /Yashica

The focus ring was really stiff in my old Carl Zeiss Distagon 2.8 / 25 T* for Contax /Yashica, but after I have clean it with Isopropylalcohol 99% and then lube it with a grade #10 grease it was just like new. REMEMBER to set mark's where the helicoid's get off the thread, so you can assemble it correct.
