In 1988, before Olympic Games in Seoul(South Korea) the Cuban National Boxing Team did Training Camp in Moscow(Russia) — a full team of Olympic and World Champions! At that time, I was a young boxing coach, and I met the future three-time Olympic Champion and one of the greatest amateur boxers, Félix Savón, for the first time. At that time he was around 18y.o.. During one of their training sessions, I saw this special workout in which the boxers practiced drills without touching each other!
