Peach State Adventures - "Hurricane Cruise" - I-20 West - Augusta to Covington - Georgia USA

This is an special video of Interstate 20 that was filmed recently during a trip up to the midwest. This video features a rainy drive through the eastern part of Georgia when the rain bands of Hurricane Helene started coming on shore, about 12 hours before the eye of the storm made landfall in the Florida Panhandle. The storm was 400 miles wide and the rain bands fully engulfed Georgia and the Carolinas while the center of the storm was still way off shore. Eastern georgia, the Augusta area and western South Carolina was hit the hardest and is still without power as of currently.
