Phoenix Arcade PCB Lot Repair - Part 1 - Troubleshooting with schematics and logic probe

In this video we will go through another step by step arcade pcb repair. I recently aquired a lot of 12 non working "Phoenix" pcbs. The goal here is to get as much running arcade pcbs out of this big lot as possible.
