Hacker Sovereign RP25A radio repair

This Hacker RP25A radio is completely dead so I show some basic tests before we repair this radio. I thought it would be fun to hear your thoughts on what the issue, or issues, might be in the comments below! I do not know what the issue is as I upload this video but I have a suspicion.
