Ignition Switch Rebuild Time Or BIG Wiring Mistake?

My car wouldn't start without jumper wires, so I assumed that my ignition switch gave up. I followed the wiring diagram, but then I discovered the real problem after I took everything apart. Oh well...Now I have a newish looking Porsche 356 ignition switch. YAY!
