Sermon on 2 Corinthians 12:1-10 l Making Life Matter: A Call To Humility

Paul describes a remarkable spiritual experience in which he was caught up to the “third heaven” and heard things that could not be expressed. However, instead of boasting about this experience, Paul focuses on his “thorn in the flesh,” a painful weakness that kept him humble. God’s grace is sufficient, and His power is most clearly seen in our weakness. Paul learns that his weakness is not a reason for shame but an opportunity to depend completely on Christ. Therefore, he says: “When I am weak, then I am strong.” (v. 10) #bible #biblicaltruth #expository #gospelcentered #gospelcommunitychurch #guwahati #jesus #preaching #azara
