The 39th Sagingan Festival celebrated Tubod’s vibrant spirit and rich culture as six contingents competed in celebration of the 79th Araw ng Tubod. Held annually, the Sagingan Festival pays tribute to Tubod’s bountiful harvest and the hardworking farmers who sustain its thriving banana industry. Showcasing remarkable creativity and teamwork, Cluster 6—composed of Barangays Bualan, Kalilangan, Tubaran, and Bulod, and represented by Arsenio A. Quibranza National High School, once again emerged as the champion, successfully defending their title from last year.
