394xp 395xp Husqvarna crankshaft removal case separation and drive side install

The case separation was a bit barbaric.. But it worked, and did not damage the case too much. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS if you plan on reusing the case. The bars that were used to separate the case were about 48" and 60" long. The new crankcase came with new bearings ONLY! NO seals gaskets guide pins, Nothing Else.. Save some money by making your own tools! Some are very easy like the 2 pieces of 3/4" pipe cut at 2 different lengths 1@ 1 7/16 and 1@ 9/16 (I said in the vid 7/16) used as shown to install the case. There is an Ebay member that will rent out the proper case splitting tool. I also talk a bit about the oil vent being the main difference between the 394 and 395 case. There are also some threaded holes (5mm) on the new case. they do not impede the saws operation The gasket gets affixed to the crankcase with some permatex black. DONT FORGET THE ALIGNMENT DOWELS
