Salahdine Parnasse has made a winning start to his UFC career, defeating Dan Hooker by first-round TKO in the main event of UFC Paris at the Accor Arena. The stoppage came at 2:35 of the opening round after Parnasse landed a body kick and followed with punches. The French lightweight was making his UFC debut after a successful spell outside the promotion and delivered the result in front of his home crowd. Hooker, meanwhile, suffered his third consecutive defeat.
