THE STRONGEST TESLA CANNON BUILD... (2.5k+ DPS w/ SUSTAIN!) - Voxlblade

HEY! it is time for a VOXLBLADE BUILD!!! And today, I am venturing and using the new reworked Steam Mage perk... TESLA CANNON!!! and it was AWESOME! skip to 4:45 if you just want the whole build as well as enchant substitutions. The build works as a SE, DE or TE build all of which will yield similar results! Build Summary: The point of this build is to constantly be firing the Tesla Cannon orb, dealing insane AoE damage as well as Rune CD resets for Hex Web Rune!
