Battle Spirits: Connected Battlers (Switch/JP) - First Hour Gameplay

Battle Spirits: Connected Battlers was one of the few titles in April that I was looking forward to when it came to JP imports. Developed by Felistella and published by Furyu which also published a lot of the Cardfight Vanguard games. The game is based on the long-running Battle Spirits TCG by Bandai which did have a few handheld games in the past but this is the first time that Battle Spirits has a game on consoles. The game also features an original story following the adventures of Touya Nijimiya and Yu Shiratori who are part of a Battle Spirits club and aiming to be the champion of the Battle Spirits High School Championship. So far I have been enjoying this game even though I have to somewhat get used to some of the rules as the last time I collected the cards was around the time that Battle Spirits Saikyo Ginga Ultimate Zero was airing in Japan.
