The mythical M1 "Tanker" Garand and the venerable 30-06 cartrige

I will demonstrate a gun that was only a concept at the end of WW2 the "Tanker Garand" a shortened version of the M1 Garand infantry rifle. This gun is in 30-06 also. Some were made in .308. When I do my shooting demonstrations you will see why the Military never put the Jungle/Paratroop version into production. The 30-06 round it fires has been around since 1906.
