I went looking for perspective at 5AM in Chiang Mai 🇹🇭

I started this day at 5am in Chiang Mai, watching Buddhist monks receive morning offerings and thinking about what we can learn from spirituality, gratitude and stepping outside the Western way of living. From there, the day became a little less philosophical - breakfast, a wander through a Thai supermarket, trying some very questionable snacks, a one-hour foot massage, and finally a bowl of Khao Soi, Chiang Mai's famous Northern Thai dish.
