Welcome to Oxana’s kitchen!🤗 These milk cookies are golden and slightly crispy on the outside, while soft and tender inside! With a delicious buttery flavor and a simple homemade recipe, they're perfect with a cup of coffee or tea. Easy, soft, and absolutely delicious!❤️ Ingredients: • 100 g (7 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened • 200 g (1 cup) granulated sugar • 1/2 large egg (about 25 g / 1¾ tbsp) • 80 ml (⅓ cup) milk • 1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract • 8g (2 tsp) baking powder • 420 g (3½ cups) all-purpose flour • A pinch of salt • 1/2 egg + 1 tbsp milk, for brushing Bake at 180° C ( 350° F) for about 12 minutes. For the best texture, don't overbake these cookies - they should stay soft and tender in the center.
