The Life of Jesus and the Rise of Christianity | A Historical Documentary

Who was Jesus and why did his version of Christianity spread across the globe? In this curiosity-driven history documentary, we unpack Jesus’ life, birthdate myths (Dec 25), upbringing, siblings, disciples, timeline of the Gospels, major miracles, arrest, crucifixion and claims of resurrection. We explore why Jewish tradition rejects the “Son of God” title, how Christianity evolved after his death, and what lessons his life and martyrdom teach today. Plus: the Shroud of Turin, Holy Grail, Ark of the Covenant, Dead Sea Scrolls and lost books of the Bible—what they reveal and why some texts were excluded.
