Jill Dugger Dillard and her husband, Derick, break their silence on the child sex arrest of her younger brother, Joseph. In a statement, they say they're 'shocked and heartbroken' over the accusations that Joseph molested a nine-year-old girl while on a Florida vacation in 2020. Joseph is in jail in Arkansas and is expected to be extradited to Florida to face a charge of lewd and lascivious behavior.
