Woodturning - Good Riddance to Plastic Handles!

In this week’s project Harry and I rid the world of a few plastic handled screw drivers. We first turn off the plastic near the metal bushing and then turn a walnut and pink ivory handle. These 4 in 1 screw drivers can be found for a few dollars at your big box stores or Harbor Freight which is much cheaper than the actual screw driver kits. This makes for a great gift for any handyman or anyone else. Who doesn’t need a screwdriver? No Harry, I’m not talking about one with vodka and OJ….smh. A quick and easy project that’s great for a beginner to get in a little spindle practice. I’m trying out Odie’s Oil for a finish and I’ve got to say it smells great, very citrusy and it’s simple to apply! I feel pretty happy with these. What do you guys think?
