Restoring A Flooded Machine - Plate Compactor

In this video I attempt to save a flooded plate compactor. This machine was bought at an auction, and probably worked great... until it sat in about 2 feet of water around it in the yard of my shop. I took some time to go through the motor, and... things were worse than I could have imagined!
