MCCC Settings For Storytelling & Realism #thesims4

Want more control over what happens in your Sims 4 world? In this guide, I’m sharing my MC Command Center settings for storytelling and realism, including the settings I use for relationships, pregnancy, Woohoo, population, autonomy, clubs, careers, ageing and everyday gameplay. These settings are designed to give my Sims enough autonomy for unexpected stories to happen, while putting boundaries around the things I don’t want the game deciding for me. They’re particularly useful if you play rotationally, maintain a long-term or forever save, or simply want your Sims 4 world to feel more intentional and alive. We’ll go through my MCCC settings for: ✦ Story progression and pregnancy ✦ Marriage, relationships and affairs ✦ Woohoo, pregnancy risk and birth control ✦ Sim autonomy and behaviour ✦ Population and neighbourhood management ✦ Clubs and careers ✦ Slower game time and larger households ✦ CAS and appearance inheritance MCCC version used in this video: 2026.1.1 ⚠️ Quick correction: In the MC Tuner section, I have Stop Random Flirting set to Disabled. If you want to prevent Sims from randomly flirting with Sims they have no previous romantic relationship with, this setting should be Enabled. MCCC is regularly updated, so some settings may move or change in future versions.
