Both Boiler and Dose tanks can be manually filled by removing top cap of Dose tank. Boiler refill by removing anti vacuum valve or water level probe. whichever is directly connecting Boiler. filling both tanks to near max levels will stop the control board from turning on the filling valve. With the Boiler filled the control board will activate the Boiler heater. But since the element have been disconnected the element should not get hot.
