KU RUNNING SHIELD 2025// Team KUSMS

Excited to share my journey participating in the KU Running Shield 2025! I’m proudly representing KUSMS (Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences) and leading our Volleyball Team as the Captain this year. It’s been an incredible experience filled with energy, teamwork, and unforgettable moments. Special shoutout to our star athlete Bikash Kumar Sah, who made us all proud by winning three gold medals — in the 100m, 200m, and Long Jump events! What an outstanding performance! Thank you to everyone who supported us. Stay tuned for more highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and celebrations from KU Running Shield 2025! #kusms #KURunningShield #goldmedal #athletics #volleyball #teamspirit #dhulikhel
