2026 Alps Divide Rally. Did I complete it?

The Alps Divide Rally is a 1,000km with 32,000m elevation gain bikepacking ride across the alps, starting in Menton France and finishing in Thonon les Bains France (near Geneva Switzerland) and is the ride/tour version of the ultra, without the tracking or check ins along the way. Unfortunately, I only made it a little over halfway as I unknowingly drank some contaminated water from a public water fountain and got sick, so had to abandon the ride. I did however manage to fulfil most of what I wanted to do on this adventure and saved the best till last #jetsettingjosh #alpsdivide #switzerland #france #italy #cycletouring #bicycletouring #biketouring #gravelcycling #gravelriding #riding #gravel #graveltouring #gravelbike #adventurebike #bike #bicycle #cyclinglife #bikelife #cyclist #cycling #bikepacking #travel #adventure #gravelbike #adventurebike
